Ideation, printing, fabrication and installation of three sponsorship activation footprints

Pinpoint Promotions was tasked with ideation, printing, fabrication and installation of three sponsorship activation footprints at the Wango Tango iHeart Music Festival which took place at Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles. Concert goers were invited to tour the three footprints which were designed in part as photo opportunities to promote the partnership between AT&T and The Trevor Project.

The core of the messaging and design theme was to educate consumers and promote the value in becoming a supportive ally of the LGBTQ community. Attendees were able to walk through the activation footprints to take advantage of photo opportunities with rainbow themed structures, enjoy a cool ice cream treat while charging their cell phones, relax in lounge chairs, chill on colorful beanbags, and show their support to the Trevor Project and LGBTG community by signing their names on heart shaped stickers to vouch they were an ally by adhering the stickers to a 17’ wide x 6’ tall custom “#TurnUpTheLove” structure consisting of 10” thick foam letters.

The custom assets & build-out consisted of:

  • 20’ x 20’ custom build pergola out of genuine Californian redwood
  • Rainbow fabric weaved into the roof structure
  • 17’ wide x 6’ tall custom “#TurnUpTheLove” stacked letters
  • Laser cut dimensional entrance sign
  • Die-cut heart shaped stickers
  • Branded entrance kiosk
  • Ice cream and branded freezers
  • Rainbow themed slap bracelets, patches, napkins and giveaways
  • Custom 3-sided ‘Decode the Rainbow’ spinning signs
  • Colorful beanbag chairs
